my shopping experience at additions was realy good and i got every thing i wanted i got and was very satisfied with my purchases and will be doing a lot more shopping with additions again

Tried to order Buzz lighteyar bedding, said it was out of stock at first but when i clicked on another Buzz Lighteyar item it said that the item (bedding)was in stock. I clicked on the item to order it and accepted my order. Called for an update on my order, only to be told that it was out of stock and had no date to give me for more coming in. No email to say it was out of stock, differing info on the website and the contact on the phone didn't really understand my question re the question of delivery or not. poor service, won't use you again.

No problme shopping but one item was out of stcok and I didn't find out for about three weeks. Also I found out be letter. It would be quicker and easier to send an email.

Apart from no delivery note in parcel making return of an item extremely difficult and the delay in them sending another item, the overall services was good

this was a fast dilivery and the good were in good condition the web site was easy to use and i would use it again!!

It was Ok I do not find the online shopping very easy to follow. A lot of the goods I wanted to order were out of stock and this has happened everytime I have tried to order items. Which indicates to me you are not keeping enough stock in. It does not say when the expected time of arrival of the stock will be or offer to send an e mail when the goods are back in stock. Because of this I am reunctant to shop at Additions and try other online shopping sites first.

I found it easy to find the goods I wanted, the clothing was inexpensive and the ordering process was straightforward . The goods arrived within the time specified and I would recommend using argos additions to other people.

very good from start to finish, although delayed considerably when trying to return items as courier did not pick up on the first date arranged.

It was a very easy site to look aronund I found what I wanted although alot was out of stock so I had to choose an alternative. Delivery was on time and I didn't have to send anything back. I would consider using the site again but will be put off if the items I require are constantly out of stock.

Never had a problem, always tells when goods will be in stock if not already. Always arrive on the day they state. Overall very good.

i ordered boots but they were too tight i ordered pack of bra`s but the pack contained a vest for a child 7 to 8 years. these have been returned. the pack of pants arrived after a short delay. i have not been contacted as yet about the returned items. i hope to hear from you soon.

Always delivered on time, only problem is the p&p price, used to be free to your local Argos store when it was Argos Additions.

the online stock checker said my items were in stock however i soon recieved a letter saying there was a 5-6 week delay
