I ordered a Zanussi 16281 washing machine on 28th January. Very competetive price and it was delivered (to East Lothian) on 5th Feb (the day of my choice) within the time slot advised. I was particularly impressed with the young lad and lass who delivered it, they were extremely courteous and pleasant. 10/10 for the Co-op.

purchased whirlpool fridge freezer from them.their claim of 2day delivery 98% of the time turned into 2wks.(only after nunerous phone calls).Dont bother e-mailing them they never ever reply to them!! The evening before the delivery date they promised email to give delivery time slot---- this never happened.On delivery, item was damaged, and I was promised a credit of £50,but several phone calls later-- still waiting for that.To sum-up,great web-site,but they dont keep their promises EVER!!

Never, ever, ever use this store. Waited in two days for delivery and item still did not arrive, with no explanation why. When asked for refund was advised this would be done. One week later still no refund. When I rang to query why, they could not explain why it had not been done. They then issued a refund for £19.99 - should have been for £199.99!! Again, no explanation could be given. Still waiting for full refund. Absolutely appalling service.

The website was easy to use (easy to spend money)... but delivery was a nightmare. Apparently they use CityLink which tried to deliver it to the wrong place (twice) and never notified me (oh, they left a card at the wrong place). The COOP customer service were helpful, but could do nothing: It took 2 and a half days of calling, rescheduling, and waiting for the mini oven to arrive. I won't shop with COOP online again until they guarantee better delivery. (And communication!)

ordered a Bosch 1200 classixx, great customer service ordered washing machine Monday night and it came wed morning.I received a text and e-mail the night before delivery giving me a three hour delivery time slot and finally a phone call 15 mins before they arrived, they put the machine exactly where I wanted it and unpacked it and took away all the packaging. Great service would highly recommend.

I was extremely satisfied with Co-Op Electrical Shop. As promised when ordering online, a confirmation mail/receipt was sent electronically within 24 hrs and another mail confirmation 24hrs b4 delivery. I was EXTREMELY pleased to hear my mob beep with a message the day before delivery. This was confirming my order number, delivery date/time - Very Efficient. Thank you very much - Not one phone call was reqd to chase this up and the product was delivered with no problems. Very Competitive prices.

I found the coop site by searching froogle for a Miele Tumble dryer. It was almost the lowest price. I found the site easy to use and gave a clear indication of when I could get the product delivered. They also for £15 took the old one away. The day before it was due for delivery we got an email confirming the five hour delivery slot and it arrived the next day on time.

Excellent service. I ordered my washing machine, and selected a delivery date. The day before delivery I received an email informing me my delivery would be between 7am - 1pm. Two delivery men arrived at 11am took my old washing machine as agreed and unpacked my new washing machine. The service was exactly as described.

Excellent, I placed my order and chose my delivery date, I recevied a phone call an email and a text confirming delivery between 07.00am and 1.00pm Two smashing chaps from Leeds arrived at 08.00am off loaded my American Fridge Freezer, unpacked it, set it up gave me some basic info on when to switch it on etc, said have a good day and off they went...perfect. I ordered a Bosch washing machine online. I was able to choose my delivery date at the time of ordering. The day before delivery was due I was sent an e-mail confirming that delivery would be made the following day, as promised, with a delivery window of 7am to 1pm specified. My wife opened the curtains in the morning to find the delivery men waiting at 6:55. They brought the machine in, unpacked it, insisted she checked it for damage and then left. Why can't all firms be as good as this?

Ordered a washing machine and the model I wanted was £50 cheaper than in the Argos catalogue. I chose my delivery day, and it arrived when it was supposed to, in perfect condition. Couldn't ask for more!

Needed a new freezer urgently and chose a Meile chest freezer. I could pick my day for delivery and a message was left for me the day before to confirm and the item arrived promptly. It was so simple, would recommend and deffinately use again.

One of the cheapest and dependable sites. My fridge- freezer was in stock and delivered within the same time frame as other online, big high street names. They send emails to confirm the order, to confirm the delivery company has the item ready for dispatch and then a final one to day whether the item is coming in the morning, mid-day or afternoon on the delivery day. Absolutely superb. Buy with confidence.

Ordered a smeg dishwasher which was shown to be in stock. Credit card payment taken immediately. Two days later received phone call saying item was out of stock, unknown make offered as alternative only which I declined and asked for credit card refund. This I was told would take 3-5 working days. After 9 days - no refund I emailed and was told 'sorry human error mistake' will definitely be refunded back immediately. Another 2 phone calls and 8 days later 17 days in total refund received!

We bought a Rangemaster Classic and after delivery wanted to exchange it for another model (gas instead of dual fuel) due to the extensive work that would have to be done to actually use the cooker - they claimed we had used the cooker (which we hadn't), were rude, uncooperative and totally inflexible. I'm sure the company is fine when everything goes well, but when something doesn't go to plan, dealing with them is the most depressing experience - so I say DO NOT buy from them!!

I ordered a fridge freezer on 27th of December and on 29th first thing in the morning it was in my house. I can't comment on shop's customer support - but delivery and communication deserve 5 out of 5.

I bought an AEG washer dryer on the 7/12/05.It was easy to order, they had it in stock, it was the cheapest price,they delivered on time on the day i chose,the delivery man was helpful and friendly,good email comms etc,i am very happy.Thankyou

Ordered Bosch Tumble Drier on line. No problems with ordering, delivery date, confirmation etc. Only black mark is attitude of the two delivery men who told me they would place the drier over the threshold and depart (quickly). Only had grudging assistance to partially unpack and check it was the correct appliance and no cosmetic damage to the front panel. This was only after they were told "no help, no sign off of delivery note". They even tried to depart with my copy of the note!

This is the 2nd time of using this company - a few weeks ago for my Bosch Fridge Freezer and last year for my Bosch Washing Machine. I would definitely recommend using this company. Service is great - they send an email to confirm order, then another telling you to check day before for delivery time. Its nerve-racking ordering off internet if your not used to it (thats why I relied on the reviews myself-as well as a good recognisable name).

Ordered a Bosch SGS55Co2 dishwasher for a specified delivery date and to take away the old machine. The machine arrived on cue delivered and unpacked by three men for inspection. The old machine was taken away. Absolutely no fuss. New machine installed was working within an hour (original plumbing in place and compatable.) Recommended

Ordered a Phillips shaver as present for husband from Coop. Value is excellent when compared with other suppliers of same product. Delivery great and really pleased with goods. Well done on efficient service to all involved!

No confirmation of delivery at time of order. Delivery date confirmed two days later - 3 days. Delivered by two chimps, who could not wait to get away despite delivering the wrong Hoover tumble dryer and despite the fact that they are supposed to unpack and check for damage prior to leaving - next quoted delivery date 5 days later - forget it!
