I did not receive any documentation with the product, i.e. a receipt for the goods. Also the product did not have any HomeHerbs labelling on it, which was especially annoying as I needed to contact them and couldn't remember the name of the company. I also did not receive any email information that I had paid for the goods or when I would expect it to be delivered.

the price shown in the shopping basket was not what i was charged..totally unacceptable

Fine, but would have been useful to know how long to expect to wait for delivery- as it happens it wasn't long but i didn't know at the time of ordering whether it owuld be three weeks or three days

I live in Spain where there is not a good selection of herbs, and those that are here are expensive. I thought the website was excellent with the information it provided and the history of each herb. Postal service was quicker than I thought it would be.

Easy to find products, easy to buy, fast delivery

I found the products I wanted, at a good price and they were delivered a few days later. I will buy from HomeHerbs again.

I was able to order what I wanted with very little effort. I was able to obtain excellent information about Yerba Mate from the web site. I placed the orders first thing in the morning and later in the morning I checked my order/s and they had already been despatched. I received my goods within 2/3 days - easier than going to my nearest health store. Quality of the goods - excellent. Would buy from the supplier again and would recommend them.

I enjoy shopping with them, due that I can find exactely what I am looking for, the descriptions are acurate and precise and you get exactely what you asked for and for the issue one is trying to taggle. The merchandise is in order and packed safely. The customer service is good and you get value for money. I truely enjoy the natural products and that I dont have to deal with any added or hidden chemicals or other substances like alcohol - if there is alchol inside a product it is explained why and one has the option not use that particular product. I also like the various sizes. I recommend them to all my friends and collegues who are in natural medicine and maintaining there body in a natural way.

Was a slight error on the label, which they quickly confirmed the right product was enclosed. They offered to replace, but I was ok with the ones I had. They have given me a 10% discount for my next order, which was more than I expected. Very satisfied, excellent value, great to deal with.
