Got what I wanted, when I wanted it and at a good price.

As I live in Italy I often attempt to buy on line only to find that companies will not deliver to Europe. This seems to be a poor service considering we are all in Europe! So I was delighted that iComp will deliver in Europe. My order arrived amazingly quickly with no problem.I will certainly be shopping with them/you again. Thank you.

I needed to contact them urgently because the goods I ordered were a couple of days late and I was going on holiday. Finding a contact number to telephone was very nearly impossible. This is my only complaint. I have dealt with this firm before and price and service in other respects are excellent.

There was a long delay in receiving the items - had to contact seller who replied by return. Item arrived 16 days after ordering although promise was first class recorded delivery. There do not appear to be many such cartridges for sale for my particular printer so this may be reason for delay. I would give seller one more chance if they were competitive in respect of a required iten. Possibly my next printing ink requirement.

Product arrived in 3 days from order. Unfortunetly, the product was faulty and had to be returned. Quick response from my enquiry of return process but have not got replacement yet.

Easy to use site - found the products I required and they arrived the next day - can't ask for more! Would recommend them to others

The products have not yet been used. They were purchased as 'spares' to avoid problems over the Christmas period; therefore I cannot comment on the quality of the goods - but I am very impressed with the service provided.
