No problems on time delivery. Best part was the cost - far less than PC World (approx 25% lower even after including VAT and P&P) and less than any other on-line retailer in UK (of the many checked after searching).

Ordering online was easy and followed by an immediate email confirming the order and giving return of goods conditions. Then the next day there was a dispatch confirmation. The goods arrived that day by courier in good condition. It was not the lowest price offered for the item but I got it when I wanted it with no hassle.

The web site indicated the product was in stock and the order was accepted. A confirmation e-mail was sent followed by another telling me that the product had gone out of stock and would take three weeks to receive in stock. I cancelled the order.

Very efficient and accommodating even when I returned original purchase - not fit for function. Open re: delay to subsequent order and keen to manage my expectations / allow me to receive credit for cancelled order.

Simple and effective online shopping, at a good price. Slightly limited range of product categories however

Found Morecomputers to be very fairly priced.Placed my order for a Zip Drive via their Web site late afternoon and received the drive at 9:50am the following morning. I found the packing to be first class and the drive delevered with no damage. All in all a very smooth operation, you could not ask for better in my opinion.

The item was recieved the next day, in perfect condition. I would use the site again

If you want people to bother with this service you should realise that many don't want to bother with a review, especially one of at least 40 characters. You will probably find many simply shut the survey down when told to try again with a longer response - it was my initial reaction!

Good quick service arrived on time,even the courier company were very helpful ,when I missed the first delivery I phoned them and they arrived bang on the time that I had arranged the previous day.The canon scanner 3000f was the cheapest price on the internet, and I would have no qualms about recommending this supplier to anybody.Ordering online is always a bit disconcerting but morecomputers has certainly made it easier and less frustrating than most.No registration and all the other stuff that makes ordering a bit of a chore, this is one of the easiest and fastest sites I have ever used ,and would hope that they keep on giving the good service that I have recieved.

Goods ordered via the Interent and delivered the following morning at 8.50am.

The internet provision was excellent both in terms of ease of use and price. The helpdesk was also extremely usefull when contact was made regarding specific product information.

I had initially waited until they had re-stocked on the item in question, and when they had re-stocked I was sent an email by them stating as such, and I placed my order. I was then curiously sent an email later that day saying that they were out of stock - though their online stock check said 72 in stock. I sent an email to say I'd wait until a new stock arrived and another email to confirm that they'd received my notification to wait. I was then sent and email by them saying that my order had been processed and shipped? I'm not complaining, but I did very nearly go elsewhere when I received the first email - they obviously go their wires crossed somewhere, but aside from that service and delivery was good and prompt.

Generally very good, although they phoned to check details that it turned out they already had. Overall, though, efficient and friendly.

I didn't find it easy to find the toner - I couldn't find it under toners. but found it under the actual printer. I had the toner delivered to an address other than on the credit card statement. The toner was delivered to my husband's place of work. Unfortunately, the address lalbel missed off his name, even though it was asked for on the boking form and it took some time for the company where he works to track down that it was for him. So tell morecomputers to include the name of the person in the comapny to whom the equiptment should be delivered and not just the company name. Equiptment is always delivered when morecomputers says it will and I'm informed via email throughout the process. I've recommended the site to others. If i had a major problem, I'm not sure how much help I would get.

I would indeed shop there again for Zip disks, but am not sure, as regards price, as to whether I'd buy HP ink cartridges there.

OK. found what I wanted on the webb site no problem. Placed an order without any problem. Confirmed by e-mail. Delivered quickly by carrier. Good service. Note a big plus is that the webb site gives the stock for each item so you need not order items which are not available - thus avoiding the dreaded 'back-order'.

Goods arrived very quickly but I had a problem with it. The customer service was fantastic, they could not do enough for me and the refund was within me withn 5 days. I would recommend them any day

Excellent. I am totally satisfied. However, I would reccomend the increase in the amount of photo for the product in the website.

i had no probles whatsoever my only comment is that the goods were slightly more expensive than some other suppliers although accepting electron card payments is a big plus. will certainly be pleased to use morecomputers again
