Before purchasing,I called Multizonedvd to ask about a few technical queries I had and they gave me usefull answers to my questions. The price was good and the delivery was on time.

It's the first time I've shopped over the internet and was surprised at how efficient and smoothly it all went. The service was friendly and helpful. I ordered the VCR on 26 Nov '03 (it was not in stock at the time) and received an email on 4 Dec '03 advising me it had been sent to my address. I received it on 7 Dec '03 (Saturday morning around 10h30). On Monday I received my receipt through the post for the 5 year warranty. My only gripe was that I was not informed on which day it would arrive and it was just fortunate that I was at home at the time. Overall, I would definitely order from Multizone again!

I have received 1 item but not the other. Both were shown as in stock on the site when I ordered them. I wanted them to be delivered to a different address and there was no where on the site to put a different address so I tried to telephone but there was no answer, so I emailed and I didn't get a reply to that. I waited a week and had to 'phone them.

The item was delivered earlier than expected - I was quoted 3-5 days. I had a small query with the item, rang customer services, no delay in answering, no queue, and they answered the query straight away (even though it was technical).

I ordered from the website which led me to believe the goods were immediately available. After 5 days I heard nothing so rang the company. They were quite helful and said that they had run out of stock between my order being lodged on the Sunday evening and being processed on Monday. There was now a delay of up to 6 weeks. They had not charged my credit card and did offer me an alternative when I spoke to them although it was not suitable. So far I would not call it a bad experience but it was slightly frustrating that, having made the order it was left to me to contact the company to find out what was happening. If the website did not identify the goods as being available, I probably would not have placed the order although the price was good so I don't particularly mind waiting.

Pretty good really chaps - well done. The only thing I might think could do with a little work is the design / layout of your website - I didn't find it as nice to navigate as, say, www.internethifisdirect.co.uk. However, you had the best price, so I stuck with you - and thumbs up for displaying the ThaWate and Shop Safe badges prominently - they gave me the confidence to buy from you having not heard of you before.

No email received after order placed on web. Had to ring twice so far to ascertain whether item is yet in stock instead of them emailing me with this information. Probably not worth it just to save a pound or two on the price.

I ordered a sony DVD/VHS player, a Philips DVD recorder and some SCART connecting cables. Multizone contacted me the next day to say that the DVD/VHS player had been superceded by a new model and to indicate that the particular SCART cables were out of stock. They then offered to send the newer model of the DVD/VHS player and an temporary set of (lesser) SCART cables at no extra cost. These all arrived the following day. About three days later the ordered SCART cables arrived as well. Overall an excellent service that I would wholly recommend

Though my order was delayed by a couple of days more than expected, due to non-availability of stock, I was pleasantly surprised when someone from MultizoneDVD called to inform that they had despatched the DVD player and I would be receiving the same the next day. My experience with MultizoneDVD has been really good.

This supplier took the order stating the item was in stock, and then produced a number of promises regarding delivery - none of which were met. Great for wasting time - but for little else.

Easy to use site but I called up over a week later to see what was happening with my ordered product and was told that it was out of stock. I was not told this when I ordered it. I am glad I did not pay for postage as I would not have received the product in the specified time even if I had paid. I am looking forward to actually receiving my product now! The person I spoke to was not particularly helpful and said he was not sure when I would receive my product even though you are getting an order this week. It would be helpful to get a call to let me know whats happening.

dvd player purchased, ordering easy and straightforward. They rang to tell me that carriers would not be delivering on the day they should have, however I had not received any information about delivery being due! That's the only bad thing I can say about them. Were very helpful with getting further information when delivery was not made for a second day (this was all carriers fault). Would shop there again

Did not have the first TV I ordered, but rang within an hour of me placing the order to explain that it had been superseded by another model. Other retailers had simply taken order and said "awaiting stock". Confirmed order on Friday, equivalent TV (different colour surround) arrived Monday lunchtime.
