The first shop express delivery was paid for -to no avail, second time (not put off by first experience) cheaper delivery was paid for, goods arrived in good time. Overall, price is keen, packaging is fine, goods as described and amount charged is correct - what else could one want :)

Ordered Epson scanner on Saturday had phone call on following Friday to say they could not find me but they would try again that afternoon, item did not even leave the depot that afternoon, promised again for next day. Unacceptable deliver service. Will not use again based on the delivery service.

Staff were very friendly however product despite shown as being in stock was not. Arrived about a week later however peripherals that were ordered did not come. Still waiting. They did however offer to cancel the order on finding out the problem and were generally helpful throughout.

Canon pixma i4200 and sundries ordered at approx 3.30pm on the 8th March 2006,all products delivered by lunchtime the next day, excellent service. The website is easy to navigate, the prices are very competative and you get informative emails re despatch etc, all in all a very happy shopping experience.

Promises much but completly fails to deliver. Was still promising that parcel ordered 2 days prior would arrive on site within 6h of despatching on the promised day of delivery. Rang up to confirm stock and delivery promise before and after purchase and was given false promises on both occassions. Do NOT waste your time with this company if you need anything reliably or in a hurry.

Have contacted company by telephone in past and found service to be excellent. On this ocassion had no need to contact supplier or track order as goods received promptly and on time.

So far I have only ordered small quantities of Printer Ink. I have found the process extremely easy and inexpensive. I shall continue to use this company.

Only problem is that our accounts dept say that an invoice has yet to be issued, We printed order acknowledgment, despatch note etc but could not find anything with the word Invoice, please advise

Very good all in all

I?m not the type of person that gives praise easily, but I just had to write to say how impressed I am with this company. The order was placed on Tuesday at 10:40am and arrived the next day on Wednesday at 10:40am. (Fast or What!) The Goods were exactly as ordered well packaged and working perfectly. I can not recommend this company enough. Excellent. Very well done.

I thinkyour order tracking is the only thing you need to improve on and also give a link to the courier and the shipping number so the package can be trackedd. Other companies do this.

Site easy to navigate and clear. Ordering and basket good. Package delivery timeframe absolutely excellent. Only cause for concern was getting a formal invoice printed - yes, it is possible to screen print one from "your account" section, but is is cluttered with all the other stuff around the edges - a plain and simple invoice printing screen is required if oyyy.co.uk are not going to send invoices with the packages or separately as a matter of course. I contacted the help team and they responded within the day which is excellent and sent me a formal invoice in the post and it arrived next day which is also excellent.
