Very prompt and happy with the products. The only problem was I requested it be delivered to a different address from my billing address, which is my home, as nobody would be there during the day. However, it was delivered to my home anyway. So it just seems someone wasn't paying attention to the delivery request. It wasn't a problem as a neighbour accepted it. Thanks!

The photo of the article was wrong, but was happy to accept the item that arrived. Was disappointed to find it elsewhere on the internet at a saving of £85, but when contacting them was answered with answers to two of the items, but the pricing comment was ignored completely.

Simple, quick, effective - would use again

I feel I should have received even a standard e-mail advising that the ordered itewm was not in stock at the time of order. I found this out a week after ordering when I phoned to check the status of my order. Conveniently, I was told that the item had come in that day, and would be shipped that day. This may be true, but it's a line I hear all too often, I'm afraid, in too many places for me to completely trust. Having said that, a good product at a great price!

Even though one of the items were faulty I had no problems with replacing it. All done in record time without any hassle.
