I viewed several sites but Ligo stood out as being really focused on the products I was interested in rather than attempting to be a 'jack of all trades'. The information was really clear and the deals fiercly competitive. The service was unusually good as I did need to have a technical point clarified so I called the sales team and they gave me counsel and connected me to Panasonic to get the definitive answer direct. A really customer focused business that deserves to succeed.

Overall good. Website products clear and information easy to find. Retail prices inclusive of all taxes etc need to be more prominently displayed and as a first cost point, business users are more aware of VAT savings etc

The service I received was excellent. They contacted me to tell me that the card payment had not been authorised (due to the fact that the card had not yet been activated, totally my fault) then successfully retried at my request after I had activated it. They were very polite and helpful and the goods were completely as expected, delivered very promptly.

Ordered the Phones at 3 p.m., received the phone 11 a.m. next day, great price for the phones and excellent service. Couldn't fault using this company, use it again soon!

Simple, quick and efficient service. I'm glad I came across LiGo searching the web. I hadn't heard of the company before, which made me a little sceptical and initially, reluctant to place the order. Mainly due to a time constraint, (but also due to the best price I'd found after searching the internet for an evening), I placed the order and prayed. Now, if needed, I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again!

My earlier experience with Ligo was excellent. This purchase (my second) was very poor. I was shipped a Panasonic KX-TCD 515, instead of what I ordered, and it had been used (not packed properly, batteries charged, numbers in the memory and specks of paint on the charger as if a wall had been painted with a roller and splashed onto the charger!!). Very poor, but I needed the unit immediately and effectively have been forced into accepting it. I would not shop there again unless I received an apology and some sort of compensation.

Expected a twin pair of 'phones, was sent two singles, which meant I had to spend time setting them up to work together. Would have preferred the proper twin pack.

The LiGo Electronics website was easy to follow with clear, to-the-point product information which made product comparisons easy, we didn't have a chance to order track as the product was delivered the next morning, very impressive, we will use this site again and will definitely recommend to our friends.

Very good range of products, good images on website and competitive prices

Order tracking at Ligo only ever showed that my order was being processed whereas Ligo had sent me an email confirming that the order had been despatched. So there is a lack of correlation. The best way to track an order is to be given the package number so that the order can be tracked via the deliverers web site.

Simple, user friendly website. Easy to follow instructions and clear descriptions of products.

All went well. I'm pleased with the phones so far. The only slight disappointment is that the address book feature has to be programmed into each phone seperately which is a lot of work. Other than that, they are very good and were easy to set up and use.

My shopping experience was very good but the item was out of stock so I didn't purchase an alternative. I bought the same product cheaper from another company on the net I had to tick all boxes in ther survey to enable it to be sent. The boxes I ticked do not relate to my shopping experience

Their wbsite was Mac friendly and excellent. Product descriptions full and informative with reviews. Next day delivery - very quick. Product excellent: it was bought top-of-the-range for a very competitive price.

very quick delivery and a very user friendly web site

Site doesn't show availability. After ordering was emailed the next day to say that the product would not be in stock for 1-2 weeks and would I like to cancel. I am waiting for the order but if it hasn't arrived in two weeks I will cancel.
