Those without an even center of balance will be unnaturally compensating for this imbalance, which causes their posture to become misaligned, increasing the possibility of putting unnecessary strain on their bodies. This is where the Wii Balance Board comes in.

Review: I was very against the wii fit until last month, I couldn t see how you could lose a lot of weight playing a game, I couldn t have been so wrong, and I lost 2 jean sizes in 2 weeks!!!! Training 30 minutes a day, I have now upped that to an hour...
