Slam Man

The Slam Man is a great way to work out, let off steam, or train. In the form of an adult man, the base and torso are made of high density moulded polyethylene, meaning it can withstand very heavy use. The moulded foam striking surface absorbs and dissipates impact energy, immediately springing back to it's original shape. With an internal computer that includes 15 customisable training routines, Slam Man has a number of programmed LED target lights that show you where and when to strike. Continued training will develop your reflexes and improve co-ordination. It even has a strike sensor, so you can determine how hard he need to be hit to put out the lights. The set includes boxing gloves, a video and a boxer's eating plan. Requires 109kg of sand (not included)
