The Sony D-EJ621 offers the second generation of skip-free technology that brings an improved mechanism for more protection against vertical shock, and a greatly advanced digital-based system for more than 10 times faster shock recovery compared to conventional systems, providing perfect playing performance without skipping even during such active uses as jogging. The D-EJ621 plays all compact discs including CD-R and CD-RW disks, thus making your own compilations available on the go! Thanks to the advanced Sony engineering, a new IC chip set and a new mechanism, the device may work up to 36 hours using one battery set. The Automatic Volume Limiter System (AVLS) maintains volume output at levels below distortion threshold for cleaner sound reproduction and the hand strap allows the player to be carried with confidence.

Overall, a pretty good CD player

The Bottom Line: Overall, this is a good CD player for the buck. Good sound, excellent skip protection, and a stylish look. I would recommend this to anyone, anyone.

I thought it was a good player.

The Bottom Line: Overall I would not recommend this CD player to anybody. Although its looks are very appealing. The looks are not worth the loss in Sound Qaulity.
Review: Intro... A pretty cool player... OR at least I thought.

After getting rid of one of my CD players I decided to buy the Sony D-EJ621...Big Mistake!(Don't you just love my obvious foreshadowing,lol) So I got it home and was very satisfied...
