Fitted with a 4-inch graphic monochrome screen, it features handgrip heart rate sensors and comes with a wireless heart rate chest belt for complete freedom of training. This C45 cross trainer is fitted with a 19-inch stride – ideal for taller and more experienced users. It also includes T-Pulse for complete heart rate controlled training, T-Scale for personalised training, and Fit Test designed for you to track your fitness level. And if you want to vary your training a little, the T-Ride programmes provide a realistic simulation of outdoor biking. For additional motivation, this cross trainer provides you with a T-Trainer which is your own "personal coach" and a Race mode for tracking your performance.
