Customer Service Dissatisfaction

The Bottom Line: Buy a Roomba, but assume you'll have to find a repair shop other than iRobot. Just cleaning the gears voided my warranty.

The Bottom Line: Only buy a roomba if you're willing to clean it after each use and get a good warranty. They will break.
