AMD Phenom II 550 - Fast Dual Core, Cheap Price!

Pros: Overclocking to stable dual core 3.6GHz for 100 bucks. Possible unlocking of additional cores.

Cons: Didn't know it came with CPU fan which would probably be fine for mild overclocking.

The Bottom Line: Great price to performance ratio. Stable and easy overclocking.
