Pros: Great landscape pictures, wonderful slideshow feature with music.
Cons: Twilight mode gives blurred pictures, post shot display time limited.

Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Not good quality in low light
Review:
I have one of these cameras, it is compact, easy to use. The only problem I had with the camera was that in lower light the picture was not the best quality and it takes a while for the camera to adjust. There is a video setting on the camera...

Now superceded by EOS 50D, the 40D was aimed at Serious Amateurs as opposed to Pros. The main reason for this was the absence of a full frame sensor and the less than pro price tag. If however you can forgive the camera...
