The installation process was extremely cumbersome, made much worse by the absence of a printed manual. There is a HTML file for the manual on the disk, but that is very hard to print out as a permanent reference. I went to Epson's web site to see if...

Pros: GE has covered every option in their design. It is everything and more.
Cons: The protective film was placed under the handles. You will never get it all off.

Review:
I had never had a gas fueled oven before. We cranked up every burner, the lower oven and the main oven to 450?. Within a few minutes, the oven was at temp and held it. It cooks evenly with convection heat.
I love the center griddle burner...
